§ 1 General
Your private and personal information (e.g. title, name, address, email address, telephone num-ber, banking details and credit card number) will be processed by us in full compliance with the stipulations of German privacy law. The following directives will provide you with information about the type, extent and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal information. This privacy policy only applies to our websites / online shops. If you are transferred to other sites by links on our sites, please obtain information about the handling of your personal data on or by those respective sites.
§ 2 Automatic data capture
Because of technical reasons the following data, among others, transmitted to us by your Internet browser is recorded.
- Browser type and version
- Operating system in use
- Website from where you are visiting us (referrer URL)
- Websites that you are visiting
- Date and time of access
- Your IP (Internet Protocol) address
This anonymous data is saved separately from any possible personal information supplied by you and thus does not allow for any conclusions to be drawn on any particular person. It is evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimise our Internet presence and offers. After this evaluation, the information is deleted.
§ 3 Inventory data
(1) Your personal information, insofar as it is required for the grounds, substance or amend-ments of contractual relations (inventory data), is solely used for concluding the contract. In this regard, for example, your name and address must be provided to the supplier of the goods for delivery of the goods. Without your express agreement or without a legal basis your personal information will not be handed to a third party, who is not included in the con-cluding of the contract.
(2) On instruction of the relevant authorities we may in a particular case provide information on inventory data, insofar as it is required by the police authorities of a country for purposes of criminal prosecution and prevention of danger, for complying with the statutory duties of the federal and provincial authorities for the protection of the constitution, of the federal intelligence service or military counter-intelligence service, or for the enforcement of the rights to intellectual property.
§ 4 Usage data
(1) Your personal information, which is required to enable access to our offers and for invoicing (usage data), is used for concluding the contract. In particular, identification attributes, information about the beginning and termination and about the extent of the respective usage, and information about the teleservices used by you fall under usage data. We may provide other suppliers or third parties with usage data for invoicing purposes (so-called invoicing data), insofar as it is required for purposes of invoicing the user. After full payment has been received, this usage and invoicing data is deleted. A blocking is activated instead of a deletion if deletion is excluded due to legal, statutory or contractual record-keeping periods.
(2) Over and above, such usage data will be used for advertising, market research or for the requirement-driven structuring of our offers for the compiling of user profiles in the use of pseudonyms. You are entitled to refuse this kind of utilisation of your usage data. These user profiles are not merged with your personal information.
